The budget place to stay at the riverside with the mountain view. Our hotel is situated in the old town of Lucerne only a few minutes from the station; the lake and the shopping area. Single and double rooms; 3 and 4 bedded rooms; family rooms and a suite for 6 people. Depending on price you can choose between private or shared bathroom facilities. Most of the rooms have a balcony with a great view into the mountains; some also facing the romantic Brueggligasse next to the old Town Wall Elevator. Indoor laundromat facilities. Internet Access. Generous breakfast buffet. Additional information; Children age of 5 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children age 6 and over are considered as an adult.

ZRH-50 miles:

Travelling from Zuerich-Basel-Geneva-Bern-leave the motorway at the Luzern-Zentrum exit and stay in the right lane-Immediately after a short tunnel-Reussport-take the next right turn-drive around the multi-story parking up to the traffic lights-At this point you will see a brown sign which directs you to the hotel-Cross the river and you will find the hotel next to a large tower-Noelliturm--If you come from Interlaken-Gotthard-Italy-leave the motorway at the exit-Luzern-and stay in the left lane-Drive in the direction of Zuerich-Bern-Basel until you see a BP service station to your right-After 50 meters-turn diagonally right in the direction-Spital-Cross the river-turn right-drive through a large tower-Noelliturm-and you have arrived-Arriving by train directly from the airport to Lucerne Main trainstation-This will be a short walk of about 12 minutes-After leaving the train station-walk to the river and follow it downriver on the left bank until you get to the-Jesuiten-church-After another 150 m-cross the wooden bridge-Spreuerbruecke-The hotel is located another 50 m downstream at St Karliquai 12-Approximate cost one way by train CHF 25--By bus-take Number 9 in front of train station to Brueggligasse stop-immediately after crossing river-The hotel is 50m upriver-CHF 2-
